i have a current cps case for my 8 mnth old daughter. she was diognosed with shaken baby sindrome and im not likley to get her back because i dont who did it and thier trying to accuse me.i go to trial in june and im most likley to lose my parental rights.so if i do lose my rights and i get pregnant again can cps interfere even if i choose adoption? can i adopt out to a family member?

You need a great deal more help than can be provided over the internet. First if you daughter is removed from you by CPS and you have another child CPS may well take the child from you. Shaken baby syndrome is considered to be suspect by a number of experts who have studied the matter. You have not provided any information as to the stage of the proceedings, nor the purpose of the June trial. If you cannot afford to retain an attorney the court should you appoint an attorney represent you.
