Legal Question in Family Law in California

On December 13, 2010, my ex and I were in court in California on a back child support issue. The issue is my ex husband is saying that the spousal support and child support from 2009 was not accurate. My ex wants all of the back child and spousal support to be dismissed. The judge ruled in my favorite saying that my ex can not come in to court years later and fight a decision. Since then my ex has filed and appeal. How do I go about responding to his appeal? I

I suggest talking to an appellate attorney. Depending on the time frames of the underlying matter, he may be wasting his time appealing from a nonappealable order.
