Re: Divorce in Property

Three years ago i left the house my ex husband and i owned to him in our divorce. He has failed to take my name off of it. All the past due tax bills come to both of us. He is now trying to sell the place. What legal say so do i have if any?

If your name is on the deed of the property your signature will be required to complete the sale, unless he can get a court order allowing the sale without your signature.
