Legal Question in Family Law in California

Divorced several years ago, but did not take back my maiden name. Remarried in reno recently the name on my drivers licence was my maiden name so this is the last name on all marrige documents, is marrige valid.

You may want to repost in the category for Nevada attorneys. Your marriage would be valid in California, and if it is valid in Nevada, it would again be valid in California, but I can't advise you as to Nevada law.
