Legal Question in Family Law in California

I am divorcing my wife of two years. We have a two year old son. I am a property manager and live rent free. Can she force me to move out?

You should probably ask her to move out since the rental property is tied to your employment. However, the fact that you receive free rent will be probably used against you in the form of an ability to pay more child support, should she request child support.
