Legal Question in Family Law in California

drug test

My ex was ordered in june 06 to submit a urine and hair follicle test and we were to reconvine on sept 27. but the court has moved the case forward to aug.30th in regards to the drug test she claims she passed just curious if she passed why they would push the case forward

Sorry, but I would need a crystal ball to answer that question. There are a number of reasons why the court would advance a hearing. I suggest you look at the court file. Good Luck, Pat McCrary
