Legal Question in Family Law in California

I have full custody both physical and legal of my 2 boys. After numerous attempts to make sure the other parent had supervised visitation they still have not, the judge order them to see the kids in a supervised place for 6 months and they did not, they also have not spoken to the boys in over 3 months via phone calls as instructed by the courts. The boys where abused and neglected by the other parent that is why the supervised visits, the courts also order child support and made it retroactive from May because they asked for less child support and the courts found out she made more money than stated, now she has to pay more. Well we have another hearing on the 12th of next month, there calling it a review hearing, a few other thing is the mother never showed up for 1 of our 2 mediations. Was wondering what may happen in the hearing coming up. They where the one who asked for these hearing, one for less child support and we know what happen there, the other was for visitation and they were granted supervised and again we know what they did or should we say did not do. So what could or should happen?

Thank you

The court won't allow the visitation to move forward until she has exercised the visitation that has already been ordered. The court will take into consideration that she didn't show up at one of the mediations. I would stress to the court that she hasn't done what she is supposed to do so far. Make sure that you have reviewed any documents that will be presented to the judge by either her or her attorney, and the mediator. File a supplemental declaration if necessary to make sure that the judge has all the information he/she should have.
