Legal Question in Family Law in California

Ex girlfriend ended up pregnant and paternity is not established!

In september we found out that my gf at the time was pregnant! She was with someone 2 weeks before me! She has since had the baby and now doesn't want to have the dna test done! I can't claim the baby as mine but due to the gf I don't even know if i want to pursue this anymore! In Ca can i have her sign something saying she will never pursue me legally in the future? I've tried and wanted to do everything right but at this point it seems it would be better for the baby if the mother and i had no attatchment what so ever!

File for paternity and have the dna test ordered. That is the right thing.
