My girlfriend I of over 7 years split-up...I had lend and gave her lots of money in the past thinking we were getting married. She ended up cheating on me with a another guy, so she left with my daughter. Do I have any rights to my daughter and of the money I lend/gave to her, she gave me her word she would pay me back...

Yes it is two separate issues, you must file for paternity for rights to visit with or have custody of your daughter and you must file in civil court for breach of contract regarding the loans. Do you have any documents to evidence the loans? Contact me directly.
