Guarianship

I am a mom that has two boys and I just got them back with me. My mother says that she has legal guadianship over the boys and that she is going to take them away from me again. The only thing that she wants with my boys is that she was getting alot of money from them. They do not want to live with grandma and so what can I do to keep my family safe.

If your mother is the guardian then you need to file a petition to terminate the guardianship. Being represented by an attorney would be beneficial.
