Legal Question in Family Law in California

My husband and I filed for a summary divorce which states we must file a judgment after 6 months. If we do not file the judgment, are we still legally married and can I still keep my medical insurance through his work? We are in California.

Yes, the marriage remains intact until one of you requests that a judgment be entered. In the meantime, either of you may revoke the joint filing as well.
