Legal Question in Family Law in California
My ex husband and I have a mediation scheduled for later this week. He called me today and said that he would not be there, should I still attend? Will it look bad to the judge if he is a no show?

Yes you should still go. Yes it will look bad if he doesn't show, so don't make the same mistake.

If he is representing himself, and did not move the mediation it will look bad. If it was continued and you show up at the original time, you will just waste your time. I assume he is not going just to be a jerk?
