Legal Question in Family Law in California

My husband told me he no longer wants to b with me & there is no love , but is not asking for a divorce.I don't work & we have 2 kids together & with out my consent or knowledge changed our joint occounts to his name only including checks & took my ATM & now I'm not untitled to anything & I'm a little scared I don't feel secure is he allowed to do this??

No. He is not. Each spouse owes the other a fiduciary duty of the utmost good faith and fair dealing in all financial affairs of the marriage, even after a separation. You are entitled to half of everything earned during the marriage and his taking away your access to everything is a seriously bad and illegal move. You need to get a child custody and support motion on file immediately on an order to show cause shortening time, and get him hauled before a judge at the earliest possible court date.
