Can my husband's ex girlfriend sue me for child support since I am a citizen and he is not

No, she cannot, but he can. His citizenship or immigration status has NOTHING to do with his rights in family court. Citizenship and immigration status is never an issue in child custody or support cases unless a parent is about to be deported or jailed and so cannot have custody or pay support.
