Legal Question in Family Law in California

In July I have a Court Case "Contempt of Court". One (1) of the Contempt charges is that my ex-husband has stopped paying Court Ordered Spousal Support after he signed an "Agreement" to pay every month prior to the 3rd. If my Credit is ruined because of not paying Rent and bills on time, what can I do because of his actions? Also, is there a way I can go and ask for an "Emergency Hearing" prior to the 17 July Court Date?

You can't hold a party in contempt of a written agreement, Contempt is for court orders. If he is in compliance with a court order, but not in compliance with a written agreement, then your contempt proceeding is frivolous.
