Legal Question in Family Law in California
Can I legally kick my son in law out of our house? He is 38 years old, doesn't have a job, and pays nothing to live here. Our daughter and there daughter also live with us
Please help!

It may be necessary to seek a restraining order if he is threatening or alternatively, an unlawful detainer action if he's not dangerous and you just want him to leave.
