Legal Question in Family Law in California

i live in calif my ex lives in nv i have a court order for child support but i have to beg him all the time what forms do i need to change the amount and also have his wages garnished, its been 10 years sense our divorce, he was suppose to pick up the kids but he stopped when they became teens

Go to the Dept. of Child Support Services in your county and they will help you with collecting and modifying child support.
