Your question involves two different issues: (1) Jurisdiction -did you ever live in Indiana so that state would have jurisdiction (or the power to make orders as to you) ??? A California attorney can review the paperwork and let you know his/her opinion as to Jurisdiction. (2) If you had lived there and the court had sufficient minimum contacts granting that state jurisdiction to make orders, then you should perhaps consult an attorney in that State, since attorneys are licensed by the individual states and only an Indiana attorney could answer that question.
