Legal Question in Family Law in California
Im married ,my husband his divorced and he pays his Ex wife for her and his 2 kids.
we have now a baby 2 years old!
His Ex , make my life dificult to the point I move out the house.
He ownes the house he lives and other 2 more ,before we get married.He did already Trust papers in case he die.
My question is ,I have any rights in case we divorced? Once he did already the Trust on His Properities and money?!
How much he need pays for my son every month?
He will have to pay me ,once i dont work?

Spousal support and child support will be based on your respective incomes. Further, child support will also be based on the time-share that you and your husband will have with your child. It sounds like you will need to retain an attorney to get you temporary support. Hopefully you have the ability to be able to retain an attorney.
