Legal Question in Family Law in California

i was married for 13 yrs, separated for 10 yrs, spouse died after filing for divorce with no serving papers to me. his son, my stepson i had since 3 mo. old but is now 25 yrs old has all of his property including things of mine. plus we have 2 children together and stepson believes it is all his and not siblings. including business and corvette once registered to me, jewlery, coins. he has a gun registered in my name i want back. stepson not involving any one in funeral arrangements and wont sell anything to help pay for death costs. do i have rights since divorce was not final. next courtdate 12/2/15. only petition for divorce was filed12/02/10. seperation was never a legal one and deceased owes me for 6 years of child support. do i have any rights or my children?
