Legal Question in Family Law in California

I would like to obtain a divorce. I have no idea where my husband is, or what state he is living in .I am a resident of california last I heard he lived in florida ,he is not a us citizen.How do I do this?

You would have to file a petition for dissolution of marriage. You have some problems, however, because you would have to have him served with the summons and petition. If you don't know where he is, that is going to be a problem. Additionally, it is not clear from your post whether he has any ties to California sufficient for a court here to have jurisdiction over him.
