Legal Question in Family Law in California

Opposing counsel is deposing a bunch of people. Will I get the transcripts? Do I have a right to them? What do I need to do to get them?

You have a right to a copy of the deposition, but you have to pay the court reporter for the copy you get from the reporter. A copy of a deposition can be expensive, to you should learn the cost prior to ordering it.

You also have a right to be present during the deposition and have your attorney ask questions and raise objections.
