I am in pro per. How do I subpoena my witness in my child custody case? I need self help directions.

Self-help in divorce cases is provided by the Family Law Facilitator's office in each Family Court division of the Superior Court in each county.

You need to subpoena the witness and the subpoena needs to be issued by the Court Clerk if you are in pro per. You can use form SUBP-001 if you are requesting a witness to appear at trial and form SUBP-002 if you are requesting the witness to appear at trial and produce documents. Good Luck.
