Legal Question in Family Law in California

I am in the processing of divorce. My husband used my credit to refinance and opne a nail salon. He just transfer the ownership of the store to his brother without my notice. He didn't share with me the profit from the store since November either to support our 2 children. Plus, he is selling illegal attenna. I would like to know if it is fair for me when he did that? while I have to bowwor money to pay mortgage for our house, he didn't contribute in paying. Is his business is illegal activities? If yes, can I report? I have cancer, and not working!! I don't know if there is any lawyer that I can hire to help me save some money for my children. They can't live with their father! Please help me!

You can get court orders and support if he makes more or the business is community property meaning it is from the martial property/income.
