Legal Question in Family Law in California

property restraint

There is a protective order keeping me from my home, which I am challenging. In the meantime, my personal property is being sold or given away by the petitioner of that order, and he has allowed our community property to disappear.

What can I do to stop this? DV110 item 10 is a property restraint for both parties. Can I file some kind of contempt?

Re: property restraint

You should consult with an attorney on your options. It may be that you can get the protective order terminated. You should be able to stop the plunder of your property and the community property.
