Legal Question in Family Law in California

court ordered alimony

My husband recently announced his attention to cut my court ordered alimony from $750 to $500 and has carried out this intention by deposition $500 in my checking account this month. The court in question is in Alameda County, California. I am 80 years old, virtually destitute and it would be difficult for me to travel the 60 miles down to Oakland to file a suit. Can I handle this online?

Re: court ordered alimony

Your ex is in violation and contempt of a valid court order, which is actionable. It is highly unlikely you can effectuate your complaint to the court exclusively online. Your best route is to obtain a fairly inexpensive attorney willing to handle your legal situation in the court of record. For such legal assistance, contact our Law Office directly hereafter.
