Legal Question in Family Law in California

child support agreement

My husband has a child with some one else this child is now 14yr old. My husband has been paying for child support for about 3yr now and our taxes ($5,000.00) for the last three years has gone directly to paying off the unpaid child support.

My husband was 16yr. and she was 24yr. when, she got pregnant and when the child was born my husband was 17yr and she was 25yr. does that play a factor? Do we have any options? What can we do?

Thank you,
