Legal Question in Family Law in California

My question is if now I pay $445 of child support. For 2 Kids when the court establish this payments my wages were $1300 every pay check plus tips 7yrs ago but for the last 4yrs my wages are $2000 a month I don't visitation I have a new family one more child to provide for some time I don't even have money to buy him a pair of shoes I try to make my payment go down but they told me that because I don't see my kids it would go up I don't think is rigth then go is going to provide for my other kid he has rights too help pls

You should probably speak to a local attorney to see if they can run a sample dissomaster for you to see what possible child support payments would be. You might be correct in that the payments would go up because of your income. However there may be other factors such as your new child which could help you get a reduced payment. It doesn't hurt to spend a little money to see what possible payments could be.
