Legal Question in Family Law in California

i ran-away from the place my guardian gave me to. my guardian is not a safe environment and i was not happy there at all. i want to live with a certain person that i had lived with before. she is a mother to me and i do very well with her. how does she get custody of me asap? please help me.

If the person you want to live with is willing to become your guardian, she can file to terminate the existing guardianship and have her appointed as your new guardian. If you are old enough the court will consider your wishes regarding residence.
