Legal Question in Family Law in California

I just recieved a temporary court order to pay spousal support and mortagage

I am going thru a divorce in Washington state. My wife has filed May 15, 2007 and I just recieved this temporary court order, also dated in June and effective May 15th to pay my wife spousal support and mortgage monies. I don't have a job, have been looking and am now in the background investigation stage for employment at a casino, or money. What money I did have goes to my bills, which is half of my retirement and VA disability, which barely comes out to $773.00. What do I need to do to suspend or stop this order.

Did you not appear in the action that your wife filed? You need to file an OSC for modification.
