Legal Question in Family Law in California

I am the Respondent in a family law case. I was just served with an order to appear in court on October 14th. However, I was not given a blank Responsive Declaration form. Can the case be dismissed?

No. At best the court will just continue the hearing because you were not served with all of the required papers, and order the petitioner to have you properly served.
