Legal Question in Family Law in California

Respondent is taking us back to court to try and get Alimony reduced. What if I suspect that in the Original Divorce Agreement Respondent did not "Disclose" all Bank Accounts he had at the time. He disclosed his Account at Washington Mutual for his Business Tax Purposes. I can't prove it but I think he may have had other accounts he didn't disclose. All I know is while dating and then married, he had a Business Account, a Personal Account, and then a Business Tax Account.

If he failed to disclose an a bank account the court still has jurisdiction to divide that bank account and could award 100% of that asset to you. Spousal support is a very complex issue, I just taught a seminar to attorneys and judges in the El Cajon courthouse and there are many variables and necessary steps to the judges consideration of the support. You really need an attorney on this.
