''my rights''

I have been a stay at home mom to our son for ten years.My husband put me on his payroll about five yrs. ago. ( he said it would help with our income)

does this mean if we divorce i cannot get Alamony?

Whether or not you would receive alimony, spousal support, would depend upon the facts at the time of the dissolution of marriage. That is his income, your income, your need and his ability to pay.
