Legal Question in Family Law in California

I'm trying to take sole custody of my three children, My ex wife's boyfriend has been convicted of domestic violence in 2004 with a prior relationship and also has assault with a deadly weapon in 2006. What can I present to the Judge for him to see that current boyfriend that lives with ex wife has criminal violent record?
