Spouse not following his lawyers new Stipulation to the Court Order.

What are the repercussions for a spouse who changed an official Court Order with a Stipulation to lower his support payments $3,000.00 less, than what the court ordered him, and is still not paying on it?

Your question is somewhat difficult to understand but the basic issue appears to be that you are not receiving child support. If you are represented you should ask your attorney to file a motion to correct or clarify the order if needed. Then you may collect the money using a wage assignment or other enforcement tool available to you. If you do not have an attorney you may use the Child Support agency which is free. They will collect the money owed and forward it to you.
