Legal Question in Family Law in California

Let me start off by saying I have full custody of my 2 boys (physical and legal) other parent abused and let abuse, molestation happen, boys been with me over 4 years now, mother moved to CA (we are here also) she filed for shared custody and less Child support but was ordered supervised due to abuse, molestation and not having any contact even by phone call for over 2 years.

She only came to 2 visits at a visitation center in the last 6 months, went to court again (she filed) for less child support and more visits, judge said no (she lied on her pay, is getting way more pay) that she now has to make more child support and supervised visits for 7 more times. She is currently behind in child support (over $4000) We have a review hearing next Tuesday for that. Well.

First off let me say this, it is obvious that the mother has no real interest in the boys. No calls for over 2 months , no visits at visitation center. I was open to anytime, but she keeps on turning down all time frame, I spoke to visitation center (for the 4th time) yesterday (09.30.10) and they stated that we had a visit on Saturday (short notice for us also) but we agreed, now they said they have been trying to get in touch with the mother a few times with no contact return, when they did get in touch with her she said she could not make the visit. No calls over 2 months no visit since court hearing.

The "review hearing" is how well all the visits went (correct?)......in reality she couldn't be bothered, even with the phone calls. I'm sure my lawyer will address this with the court and ask that her motions be dismissed. The court has absolutely nothing to review except the fact that she didn't bother with any of the privilege they gave her. The mother is aloof, noncommittal and disinterested in the boys well being.

What is most like will happen??

Without having read any of the court documents, and based only on what you have written above, most likely the judge will maintain the status quo.
