Legal Question in Family Law in California

i would like tm relocate me and my three children to hawaii which is where i used to live many years ago...do i need legal permission to leave? my daughters father is not on the birth certificate

Whether you can unilaterally relocate to Hawaii with your minor children depends upon what the custody decree that I presume you have states. As such, you need to carefully read the custody decrees and consult at length with a family law attorney before you actually relocate to Hawaii.
