Transfer a case to another state

How do you transfer a family law case from California to New Hampshire due to a residence move?

Assuming that there is no opposition to the move, the procedure would depend upon the law in New Hampshire. However, in California the procedure is to register the out of state custody and visitation order. You should contact an attorney in California to insure that you have the proper court order to allow the move. Then contact an attorney in New Hampshire regarding the transfering of the case.
