Legal Question in Family Law in California

Visitation

My ex gets visitation and currently has the kids for a month. My daughter has been in the ER twice at the begining of this visit but now he has gotten his home phone disconnected and wont answer his cell phone since telling me a week ago he wont let me talk to them. I have primary custody. Who do I report this to and how can I find out if my children are ok?

You should file and OSC and request a temporary order requesting that the visit be terminated due to health problems and lack of communication. It is very concerning that he has cut off all communications with you. Contact an attorney to get this matter moving as quickly as possible.
