Legal Question in Family Law in California

My wife filed a false police report in May against me saying I hit her. The truth is, when I got home that night, she had taken some of my anxiety meds and had been drinking, she was beligerent, running up and down the road. Somehow she hit her head and had to get stitches. She dropped the charge the next day and we have since been trying to work on our marriage. Last week, she re-filed the same police report, along with another report saying I hit her. Once again she was flipping out and I was forced to hold her down because our children were home. I left that night. We have court soon and I was wondering my chances of winning the case. My wife has pictures and a lawyer.
