First, if the court order states you are to have your children every other weekend then I'm sure it also provides that you should know their whereabouts. If she is keeping the children's whereabouts and information from you and she is also refusing you the visitation ordered by the court, I would suggest bringing a contempt order against her along with a motion for modification of child custody and support. Her actions constitute a change in circumstances and a modification could be in the best interests of the children.
