Shall I back to work if my position changed after the maternity leave
I will take maternity leave since my baby will be due next January. My manager has arranged someone to take instead of my current job: Sales & Operation. She mentioned I can come back to work after my maternity leave but the job position will be changed to a very different one. My question is if I am satisfied with her arrangement, should I still back to work or can I claim for EDD?

If you are on leave for no more than the allowable period, then your job is to be held, or a substantially comparable one provided. If not, you should then contact an attorney to discuss.
