Legal Question in Medical Leave in California

California Family Rights Act - for 50 employees?

I'm getting conflicting information. FMLA does not apply to employers with less than 50 employees. How about California Family Rights Act? Does it apply if less than 50 people are employed?

No. 50 employees required before the law applies.
