my grandmother passed away in bulgaria. tha was awhile ago, now i need to go back with my parents to settle the estate, does this count in the family leave

No, family leave covers employees who need to care for spouses, parents, siblings and children. It does not require employers to grant bereavement leave or to settle estates.
