Legal Question in Medical Leave in California

Family Medical leave

I currently work for the postal sevice and that are requesting i turn over to a carrier which a day time swift is required, But i don''t have one to keep her in the day time. My FMLA was approved by my job. Am I protected with a change of schdule with this act?

You're in a union, talk to them. They are your only remedy.
