Legal Question in Medical Leave in California

FML, Personal Leave and Work Comp

I was injured on job in 2000 and settled my work comp case in 2004. I was just told (2007) that I was fired from my job in 2004,( the day I settled) and that I took FML and personal leave. Never signed up for it nor asked for it. Can they do that without my knowledge? Thanks for your time.

Whatever happened no longer matters some three years after the fact. If you didn't return to work since 2004, any claims you may have had are long gone.
