Legal Question in Medical Leave in California
FMLA in CALIFORNIA
I have an employee out on FMLA, and is due to return next week. I have not herd form this EE. As the HR Mrg can I confrim the retrun date or do I have to wait to see if they return on date discussed?

You can require updates and reasonable contacts from the employee. Sounds like you should get some updating on the rules from experienced counsel. Feel free to contact me if the company is willing to do get such training.
