Legal Question in Medical Leave in California

Fmla, cfra & pdl

I work for a municipality in CA. I had my first baby last year (August 7). I took time 12 weeks off because I was told that was the limit. I am due (again) September 25. The City has a ''rolling 12-minth period measured backward from the date leave is taken and contues with each addditonal leave date taken.'' What is the maximum time I can take off with this new pregnancy?

Either you qualify as having worked full time 12 months before leave, or you don't. It isn't pro-rata. Contact me for help if they give you problems or improperly deny you leave.
