Legal Question in Medical Leave in California
Fmla
I read the FMLA Law which states an employee must be employed for one year OR have worked 1,250 hours to be eligible for FMLA.
I am a salaried employee who has worked for a company since October 2006 (43 weeks), which equals 1,720 hours. Am I qualified for FMLA?
