Legal Question in Medical Leave in California

fmla rights

i have a question i am pregnant and my doc took me of work back in december because I am having back problems, in march i would have been off work for 12weeks and my baby is due in april do i still get to be off work another 12weeks when the baby is born or do I only get my 6 weeks off

You have rights under both the FMLA and Pregnancy Leave rules that should cover your time. Request both from the employer, and if they refuse, then seek legal help.
